Try the ever-popular “Chocolate Bar Signature Martini” ($11), or the “Double Dipped” Martini ($10) that includes dark chocolate, peanut butter and candied peanuts. For those looking for something non-chocolatey yet yummy, the “Flower Power” cocktail features rose petal gin, cucumber and orange blossom. Prefer grapes, beer or bubbles? Don’t despair. Bailey’s Chocolate Bar features a full list of wines, bubbles and beer. Now, let’s talk dessert. SO YOU KNOW SHE’S GOOD.  Mindy’s Hot Chocolate offers a variety of foods, desserts and beverages sure to delight your lady friends, in a cozy yet modern setting. Now to the best part – dessert! Select from an array of sorbets and ice cream ($12 for 3 flavors), or the famous milk shakes ($8). We highly recommend trying the dessert creations like homemade donuts ($13) and a “frozen candy bar,” a concoction of milk chocolate malted frozen hot chocolate with banana sherbet, smoked almond candy, brownie and milk chocolate stout hot fudge. With a name like “Mindy’s Hot Chocolate” you may wonder, “where’s the signature hot beverage?” We saved the best for last  – the signature hot chocolate served with a house-made marshmallow ($8, shown below) can be served non-alcoholic or spiked with your favorite brandy, cognac or liquor. Choose from flavors like – “Black and Tan” hot chocolate (1/3 hot fudge, 2/3 medium hot chocolate), “Old Fashioned” milk chocolate, touch of dark chocolate, caramel and milk chocolate cacao nib whipped ganache with marshmallow ($10) or “Dark” which includes 72% French  chocolate. For coffee and tea enthusiasts, there is a great selection of homemade coffees, lattes, espresso and Rare Tea Cellars blends. Reservations are recommended, although walk-ins are accommodated. As if we even need to sell you on hosting a bachelorette party in Savannah, Georgia..with it’s historic appeal, gorgeous park squares and southern charm. Just when you think it cannot get anymore perfect as an ideal bachelorette party destination, it does! Enter Lulu’s Chocolate Bar. And before we go any further…THEY HAVE HAPPY HOUR. So channel your inner Southern Belle, put on a classic dress and grab your girls! According to the website, “Think of Lulu’s as a dessert restaurant with an array of specialty drinks and martinis for your enjoyment.” Like what you hear? The menu changes seasonally, but here are some examples of the types of sweets you will find – “White Chocolate Chip Cheesecake,” “Triple Chocolate Mousse Tower,” “Chocolate Fondue For Two,” and “Frozen Mousse.” We recommend going big with the “Rapture Sundae” – the PERFECT dessert to share (serves 2-3 people). This decadent sundae consists of 3 scoops of Frozen Mousse or ice cream in a hand-made chocolate bowl, covered in fresh berries, and accompanied by pitchers of dark, white chocolate and caramel sauces. Served on the side are Chambord, Amarula and Meletti Cioccolato liqueur for. Now, onto the drinks. You cannot go wrong with the signature “Lulutini,” a sweet mixture of chocolate vodka, Dorda Chocolate Liqueur, Crème de Cacao, and  sipping chocolate. Other yummy “tinis” include – “Salted Caramel,” the “Chocolate Covered Orange,” and the “Mona Lisa” (those are just a few of their many martinis). For champagne aficionados, there is a full bar featuring bubbles and champagne cocktails, in addition to beer and wine. Perhaps our FAVORITE part about Lulu’ Chocolate Bar is the fact that they offer happy hour every day until 7pm, which means $2 off every martini. This top-rated dessert bar in Denver is the brainchild of Food Network Celebrity Chef Keegan Gerhard. Expect to have your palettes pampered with seasonally-inspired upscale comfort food and desserts. By the way, the “D” in “D Bar” stands for “drinks, dining and dessert.” You had us at the first “D!” This spot also has a great happy hour, so bonus points! From “Dessertinis” like the “Chili Chile Chocolate” and the “Express Yourself,” to craft cocktails, wine, champagne and beer, D Bar has it all. For the refined bride-to-be, book the afternoon tea which is $30 per person. We know, you want to know about the desserts. Without further adieu (drumroll please)…The “Milk & Cookies” is one of the most popular choices, as the cookies are served warm (yum). Try the “Cake and Shake,” (shown below), the “Root Beer Float,” Ch Ch Churros” or a special seasonal dessert offering. The hardest part will be deciding which dessert(s) you and the girls want.
